FAQs About Our Bridal Shop Services

  • Do you take walk-ins?

    Appointments are required on Saturdays and Sundays to ensure a fully private experience.


    During the week (Wednesday through Friday, 11AM–7 PM), you’re welcome to walk in to browse gowns, shop accessories, or get a sense of our collection.


    Please note that weekday visits are not private appointments. We may be assisting another client when you arrive, but we’ll help you as soon as we’re available.

  • Do you offer private bridal appointments?

    Yes! All of our bridal appointments are private, so you and your guests can enjoy a one-on-one experience in an intimate setting. Learn more about our Private Bridal Appointments and reserve your time today.

  • How far in advance should I order my gown?

    We recommend ordering your gown at least 9–12 months before your wedding day. This allows plenty of time for shipping and alterations.

  • What is the price range of your items?

    Our new, special order gowns range from $1500–$4000. Garment bag, hanger, and complimentary gown steaming are always included.


    We also have dresses for sale off-the-rack starting at $400, with most under $1000.


    Many of our guests are genuinely surprised by the quality of our dresses compared to their price, and that’s by design. We work exclusively with women-owned brands that prioritize craftsmanship, fit, and thoughtful creation, so you get luxury-level detail without the luxury-level markups.
