Do I have to make an appointment to shop?
Yes. We are by appointment so we can provide each guest with our undivided attention in a private setting, and so you can experience everything Persephone’s has to offer.
Do you charge for appointments?
Booking an appointment with us means we're setting aside time just for you, dedicating our attention and resources to making your experience personalized and unforgettable! When you book an appointment for a Classic Experience, you will be charged a $25 reservation fee. This fee is credited back to you if you purchase a dress during your visit. If you would like to upgrade your appointment to the Grand Experience, there is a $100 reservation fee. $50 of that fee will be credited back if you purchase a dress. Big Reveal appointments also have a $25 non-refundable reservation fee. For all other appointments, you can enjoy no reservation or cancellation fees.
When should I start shopping for my dress?
We recommend starting to shop about one year to 9 months out from your wedding date. Our collection of special-order apparel items take between 3-4 months to arrive. If you are in a hurry, many of our gowns can be quick-shipped in as little as 8 weeks for a small fee!
What should I bring to my appointment?
We will assist you inside and outside of the dressing room as you try on each gown. Therefore, it's recommended to wear what you’ll feel comfortable in. We suggest nude/skin colored undergarments. Most of our gowns don’t require a bra, but if you prefer to wear one, strapless is best. Pasties are a great option for bust coverage as well. Spanx or slip shorts, like these, are great for comfort and modesty. You do not need to have shoes to find your wedding dress, but you’re welcome to bring a pair if you have them.
Who should I bring with me?
We recommend bringing your closest friends or family members whose opinions you value, and with whom you want to share the experience of selecting your wedding day attire. You may bring up to 3 adult guests with you to Classic appointments and 4 guests to our elevated appointment types.
Can I take pictures?
Yes! Don’t forget to tag us when you share!
When viewing photos, remember that you are trying on samples and they may not be the color, size or condition that your order will be upon its arrival. Pictures should be a tool in making your decision, but not the deciding factor!
What are the price ranges of your items?
Currently, our gown collection starts at $1,200 and goes up to $3,000.

Are alterations included?
We do not currently offer alterations in-house, but we will recommend some amazing alterations specialists in the area.
What kinds of products do you carry?
We currently carry bridal gowns, jumpsuits, veils, headpieces, belts, and jewelry. We also carry fun accessories that are perfect for all kinds of wedding celebration events!
What forms of payment do you accept?
For the purchase of a dress, full payment is required. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. If you need other financial arrangements please let us know.
